Wanderer

CT/PTU tag using Pink Paradox Productions Gypsy Girl Scrap kit.

The creation of this tutorial is my own any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly a coincidence.
Do not copy this tutorial or claim it as your own. If you would like to share it, please share the link to the site this is posted on ONLY.
This tutorial is written using Adobe Photoshop CS5 and is for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial can be adapted for anyone with a working knowledge of PSP.

Before we start, I will say drag and drop elements onto your canvas. In Photoshop it is possible to do this instead of having to copy and paste like you do in other programs. But if you are more comfortable copying and pasting, then by all means do what is easier for you.

Supplies needed:
Pink Paradox Production’s scrap kit Gypsy Girl. You can find where to buy it here.

The tube I’m using is an Exclusive from PicsForDesign. (Thank you Andrea Finazzo for the gift). You can buy the membership for the Exclusive Club here at PicsForDesign.
Remember, you cannot use any of their tubes without a license.

Mask: Fairy Gem Square and Circle by Fairy Gem, get it here. Be sure to follow her TOU.

Use the font of your choice.

Open a canvas 600x600

Create your mask using Paper 7 & Paper 24. Place in the center of your canvas slightly offset from each other.

Open your tube, placing it on the right side of your canvas.

Open frames 1 & 2. Reduce both to 65%. Place behind the tube making sure that frame 1 is in front of frame 2. Add a drop shadow to frame 2 then rotate frame 1 to –1.4.

Patriotic Picnic

CT PTU tag using the scrap kit Patrioc Picnic by Alexis's Graphics Palace.

Alexis’s Graphics Palace scrap kit Patriotic Picnic Blues. You can find where to buy it here.

The tube I’m using is Lil Summer by Joel Adams. I bought it when he was at CILM but you can get his tubes here at CDO.
Remember, you cannot use any of his tubes without a license.

Mask: Masks by Savage - Savage_Mask2_2011, get it here. Be sure to follow her TOU.

Filter: Penta VTR

Font used is Freehand521 BT. You can use any font you want though.

Open a canvas 600x600

Create your mask using paper 10. Place on your canvas to your liking.

Open Frame 01 add a drop shadow changing the distance to 2 and place in the center of your canvas.

Open your tube, add a drop shadow and place in the center of your canvas.

Duplicate your tube twice flipping both horizontally. Using the first copy, place her face behind the top part of the frame. Erase the excess then lower the opacity to 60%. For this I use a square eraser brush. It makes it easier to get the edge of the frame.

Using the other tube you duplicated, place the middle part of her body in the lower frame, erasing the excess and again, lower the opacity to 60%.

For me, it’s easier at this point to lock only the frame and the two parts of the tube you used. I’m not sure if you can do this with PSP. By doing this, if you move them, they move as one piece instead of separate. If you’ve done this, rotate your frame and the tubes to the left –7.6 degrees and raise it towards the top of the canvas.
Making sure the face is selected. Use your penta filter.
Settings are: Line Distance =23
Line Width=0
Contrast=169
Ghost=0

Do this with the lower part of the body in the other frame.

Open element 23, reduce it to 57% and place it below the tube on the lower left hand side. Add a drop shadow.

Open element 06, reduce it to 40% placing it on the lower right hand corner. Add a drop shadow.

Open element 21, reduce it to 40% and place on the picnic table.

Open element 37, reduce to 83% or however much you need to so it fits across your canvas. Place it behind the tube. At this point she will look like she’s standing on the grass.

Add element 27, reduce to 31%, use a drop shadow and place behind the lemonade glass slightly to the right.

Add elements 20, 59 & 60 reduce to your liking, add a drop shadow and place in front of the picnic basket.

Add element 22, reduce to 51% and place in the lower left corner in front of the grass. Add drop shadow.

Open element 26, reduce to 26%. Now holding down the crtl key grab the middle handle on the right side and bring it down. This skews the element. The idea is to have it look like it’s hanging off the side of the picnic table. When you have it the way you want it to look hit enter and place on the edge of the table.

Open element 16, flip it vertical, reduce 50%, turn it 26.7 degrees and place on the top right corner. Reduce opacity to 75%.

Open element 15, reduce to 70% and place behind lemonade pitcher.

Open element 2, reduce to 50% and place behind your tube in the middle of your canvas towards the right hand side. Add a drop shadow.

Open element 30, reduce to 46% and place in front of the picnic table on the bottom. Add a drop shadow.

Open element 29, reduce to 50% and place it in front of the lower right hand of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Open element 28, reduce to 50% and place on the top left corner of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Open elements 57 & 58. Reduce 50%. Turn them vertically –52.9 degrees. Turn element 57 horizontally. Place them under element 28. You want them to look like streamers.

Add your font in red. Add a black stroke size 2. Add your drop shadow. In the blend mode, click on Dissolve using these settings:
Distance=0
Spread=24
Size=10
Click Inner glow, Bevel and Emboss using the default settings.

Last, put your license and your watermark.
